Courty & Fils is one of the oldest stores in Paris.

Founded in 1875, the Courty family have given their name to the store since the 1950s. Today, run by a dynamic team, in tune with market trends, Courty is first and foremost a specialist in all types of blades: kitchen knives, military usage, hunting or else collectible items such as our range of vintage knives or one off pieces created by French craftsmen.

Steeped in tradition, the store gives pride of place to regional production and specialties: shepherd's knives, Pradel brand knives, traditional Rumilly knives.
