How to shop 

1. Select the article(s) of your choice and place your order following the instructions.

2. Your order will be exclusively taken of and dispatched on receipt of your payment.

Payment methods

Several payment methods are available:

Secure payment by credit card, Paypal or Sherlock (payment method only available to LCL Bank clients) :

If paying by credit or debit card, on placing the order, the client enters the following information on their credit/ debit card: name of the cardholder, card number, expiry date and the card security code. In doing so, the client permits Courty & Fils to debit their credit/ debit card of the bank of the aforementioned card, notably in the case of an online transaction.

Courty & Fils is committed to the protection of any credit/ debit card information you provide us with from any unlawful third party access. The client is informed that third parties can illegally access information notably in the case of online transactions.

The associated account of the credit/ debit card will be debited in the case of the placement of the order.

Payment by bank transfer payment, cheque or cash:

For bank transfer payments, please contact us.

For payment by cheque, allow 15 days on receipt of payment.

For payment by cash, purchases must be collected from the store.

Delivery:

1. The date of delivery is determined by Courty & Fils on receipt of the total payment and after agreement by the client to the general terms of sale specified during the order process.

2. The date of delivery will be changed if necessary if the client does not provide the details needed for the placement of the order by Courty & Fils.

3. Any delay in delivery time related to contractual or administrative elements (for example, in the case of export or import limitations) and which is not the responsibility of Courty & Fils, will be equivalent to the time taken to solve the problem.

4. Orders are sent by Colissimo registered delivery or Colissimo registered international delivery.

5. Delivery times are typically between 48 and 72 hours within France. If this delivery time is expected to be longer than 2 weeks, for example in the case of hand-crafted products which can necessitate more time, we will notify the client by email or telephone.

Privacy policy:

Any information provided by the client on registration remains confidential. This is according to the National Commission for Data Protection. Under article 27 of the Data Protection Act of the 6th of January 1978, the client retains the right to access and correct any personal information. In order to exercise this right, write to us.
